About these terms
These terms apply to your use of this website and to services and furniture supplied by Home and House. By making an enquiry or placing an order you agree to them.
Pricing
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise. Quotes are valid for 30 days. Furniture shown online is indicative; final specifications, finishes and lead times are confirmed in your written quote.
Orders, deposits and delivery
Custom and made-to-order pieces require a deposit before production begins. Delivery timeframes are estimates and will be confirmed with you. Risk passes to you on delivery.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled to cancel your service contract and to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value. You are also entitled to choose a refund or replacement for major failures with goods. If a failure with the goods or a service does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the failure rectified in a reasonable time. If this is not done you are entitled to a refund for the goods and to cancel the contract for the service and obtain a refund of any unused portion. You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage from a failure in the goods or service.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Change-of-mind returns are not available for custom or made-to-order items.
Intellectual property
Designs, drawings, photographs and content on this website belong to Home and House or are used with permission, and may not be reproduced without our written consent.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Australian state or territory in which your project is located.
