Privacy Policy
Last updated October 2026
Home and House ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry, book a consultation or order furniture, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, suburb and state, project details, and any information you choose to share in your message.
Why we collect it
- To respond to your enquiry and provide quotes, designs and services.
- To arrange delivery, installation and after-sales support.
- To send design news and offers — only if you opt in. Every marketing message includes an unsubscribe link, as required by the Spam Act 2003 (Cth).
How we store and share it
We store information securely and keep it only as long as we need it. We do not sell personal information. We may share it with trusted providers who help us operate (for example email, form-handling and delivery services), some of whom may store data outside Australia. Where that happens we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is protected consistently with the APPs.
